From the moment I met Brad and Tammy I knew I wanted to partner with them to sell my home. They were punctual and very professional. They seemed to ask all the right questions. I could tell they were eager to get started but not pushy and were very patient with me. Once we signed the contract Brad was very responsive by text or phone call any time of day or evening. The process was easy and required little from me. He lined up a perfect handyman and electrician to tidy up some outstanding repairs. Brad is a longtime member of the Callahan community and of his local church. He knows the area well. I would come back to him in a heartbeat if I choose to purchase another house in the area.
