Let me say I have sold 5 properties and never...and i mean NEVER has it gone this smooth!!! Grady had a sign contract in less then a week and closed 45 days later. Sound like a normal closing, hardly. We had already moved to N.C and when the inspection came back there was 19 items to fix. After a short conversation with Grady he assured me he had it handled. Words have never been spoken so true. He got me 2 estimates from "his guy" and it was half of "my guy". Everything from start to finish was so simple!! I can't thank Grady and his team enough for the work they did!!!!
