Great listener and did her homework!

We flew in for 3 days and she showed us day one. Saw houses day one, she changed it up and we found our home day two!

Professional, dedicated, & passionate!

Gracie offered exceptional service! Approximately 20 showings & 60 days later, we made it to close! We are extremely grateful for Gracie Michalak and team. One thing that sets her apart is her passion for real estate. Being first time home buyers, we did not know where to start but Gracie went above and beyond to inform and educate us on the whole process.
