Grace was very helpful. She did her job very well and remembered what we liked and didn't. She made her selection of houses to present to us based on that and took notice of how we reacted to them. She was always on top of everything and was immediately responsive whenever I needed her.
We are writing to express our pleasure with real estate agent, Grace Vera, who represented us in our recent purchase of a single-family home. Grace guided us through the entire process, from loan pre-qualification to searching for houses to making the offer and closing the deal. We credit Grace with a smooth, stress-free home-buying experience. This is our second purchase of property, and never had we had such a pleasurable experience. Grace is savvy, personable and knows the market inside and out. We never could have gotten our dream home without her. To reiterate, we are nothing but pleased with Grace and her expertise and we recommend her to everyone.
