We were moving to Texas from North Dakota and knew nothing about the area so some friends introduced us to Grace. Grace had helped us for MONTHS to find a house before we even had a firm job offer. She has always been so knowledgeable, kind, fun, timely, and insanely helpful. After looking into a few cities and me complaining about them all, Grace told us about a small city outside of Rockwall and we fell in love! We purchased a house in Fate that was to be built by a builder we didn't love but it was a good neighborhood so we were okay with it. One day, Grace received an email and let me know of another home thats price dropped into our budget and she jumped on it for us! We were able to drop the contract on the other home and immediately signed on this one. I couldn't ever thank her enough for getting us into this amazing neighborhood, in this cute town, and it's such a beautiful home! I will forever tell everyone who needs a realtor about Grace. If you have a need for a realtor you should definitely give her a shot. I guarantee you will love her, her knowledge, and graciousness like my family has!

Grace went above and beyond, driving hours around East Texas finding us the perfect property! She was so patient with us going back and forth between improved properties and vacant land.
