What else would describe this wonderful agent!!! My vocabulary lacks her description. Every home that she recommended was very well sorted out for my taste (I am quite difficult to satisfy...), and I was able to tell that she spent a lot of time to work on it. Very proactive with replies and quick. Sometimes, almost instant! She lives locally and she knows the area very well: school ratings, projected rent rate, and desired area. She also considered my family situation (planning to have a baby in a few years) at the same time, and I feel like I don't have to move for next 20 years until my future kid moves out of home! It only has been a week since I moved and I already referred her other people! I am very satisfied with her service! ^^d
