Grace helped the reviewer buy this property

Absolutely amazing - First time home buyers!

Working with Grace was a true pleasure! We’re first time home buyers and we’re relatively new to the area. Grace has tremendous amount of knowledge about all of the neighbourhoods, amenities, prices, and she was able to advise on what was the best fit for us. She really took a personal approach and made sure we were comfortable with our choices. Grace was available to match our busy work schedules and organised showings for us quickly, which was especially helpful with the current housing market. Grace really protected our needs and got us a great deal! Thanks to Grace we now live in our dream home and are very happy! I recommend working with Grace and will do so myself for my future realtor needs. Thank you Grace!!
