Buying a house for the first time can be a daunting and intimidating process. Grace experience, patience and knowledge helped keep us at ease the entire time. In addition, her high attention to detail ensured that all pieces of the buying process came together to not only ensure we attained our home, but also had a smooth first home buying experience. Grace worked non-stop to ensure we were able to purchase our ideal house. we full in love with the house on Saturday and that same night she had our contract ready and submitted the offer to the seller, Monday afternoon the seller accepted our offer. she's the best and I will definitely recommend her to all my family and friends.
