I was looking to relocate to be near family and Grace was so patient and encouraging as I was almost ready to give up in my search. When seeking my "perfect house," Grace always considered the price I wanted to pay, location, and type of house. When showing numerous houses (I might have been kind of picky finding the perfect house and looked at many homes!), she was always very well prepared and very professional.
