Grace not only knows the business but the territory She is also creative in her approach. I have had experience with Grace before and am always happy to be with her. She helped me set an excellent price, had a local photographer tour my house and the neighborhood for potential buyers to view, and sold it in five weeks, quite a feat. She worked with my bank and convinced the sellers to let me move my furniture into my new place before closing. And she is one of the kindest people I have ever known.

In the past Grace represented us on the purchase of two homes and mostly recently on the sale of our home. She is extremely professional and her communications was excellent - by phone, text and email. This was especially important because we were in a different state for several weeks after accepting the offer.
