I am so glad that I had Grace as my real estate agent for my first home purchase. Buying your first home is a daunting, nerve–wracking task, and Grace patiently helped me through each step. Grace was reliable, accurate, and always promptly answered questions. She negotiated a great deal on the price of the condo, especially when appraisal came up below the offer I made. It is so important to trust your realtor and I felt I could trust her from the moment we made an offer to the day we closed. During the process, I needed to change lenders due to a lack of professionalism with the lender, and Grace even helped me with that. She has incredible referrals in case you need one. She further supported me in several other ways, including engaging a good attorney as well as hiring a contractor for renovations. She kept me informed at all times and made sure we were on schedule for closing. If I have to go through this overwhelming experience again, Grace will be my realtor of choice. I couldn’t have been happier.
