Grace, is the Best, She's is really knowledgeable, active and super positive. Everything she touches go. She sold my house very very quick with a pretty good price. She knows the market, she respond super quick, give a lot information and advise. Also the photographer that works with her makes the house look much beautiful on pictures. As I was still living in FL, Grace went above and beyond to help me find the property in a very competitive market impacted by Covid. She went out to check out the properties for me, made recommendations, adjusted strategies for me. I was able to close the house in two months after I started looking at the end of last September.
