Grace was very thorough and gave her full attention to this transaction. She kept in close contact with the sellers and brough a somewhat complex transaction to a successful close. She also handled side issues like the sellers wanting to sell their furniture with the same degree of attentiveness. As Grace had lived in the neighborhood before, she was very familiar with pricing and the inventory and type of homes there, as well as the nearby business and restaurants that helped shape the value of the neighborhood. Grace was very personable throughout the transaction and I feel that all parties (including the sellers and their agents) enjoyed working with her.
