Gozde has done fantastic work for us , she was thorough and professional and great to work with! When we started looking for a home initially , we visited one house that was listed by her and that’s how we met. We were new to home buying and she explained the whole process to us also captured our interests and preferences. Later on when we started finding houses we liked , in spite of being out of the country, she managed to coordinate with her kind associate Jeannie Nix and arrange house visits for us. She was up late even being in a different time zone to help us writing the offers or coordinating with the sellers’ agent or her associate working with us. She kept providing us advice based on her experiences, both personal and professional which was much appreciated. Gozde and associate Jean Nix went out of their way to help with the sale of this house. It needed a fair amount of work and I simply didn't have the time or patience to do it by myself. By the time it was ready for the market it was in good repair and clean -- and ready to bring a good price, which it did. If you have a house to sell and you're thinking of resorting to a flipper -- don't, or at least not until you spoken with Gozde and Jean.
