Gordy was very responsive and honest. If he didn't know the answer to a question he would say so and quickly find the answer. We would definitely use him again. Some examples: We had questions about the water rights and as to whether the property was eligible to hook up to the Vistaire Water Co. The company could not find the property on their system. Gordy was able to quickly locate the needed documentation and get it to us and clearing this up. He was able to help us quickly make a second offer late on a Sunday night as there was competing offer that matched our original offer earlier in the day. We feel this quick turnaround made it a compelling offer to the sellers.
