Finding a rental property proved to be extremely difficult. After rarely receiving call backs or homes being rented within hours, we came across a property Gordon was representing. He was very helpful, was in constant communication and pushed for us through the deciding property manager. We were in the house within days! We were moving from MI to AZ. We are originally from Southern CA and have been to AZ frequently but never lived there. We were unable to make a trip to find a rental in person. I found Gordon through a property he was advertising. He was able to easily find homes for rent and send them to us for review. He gave insight on the areas we would and would not want to live in and offered his assistance in many ways due to us not being able to go see the properties in person. He was quick with follow up once we found a home we were interested in and subsequently followed up with us after we got the home to offer any help we may have needed.
