Gordon and his team is beyond amazing. We were looking for a home in Philadelphia and multiple colleagues immediately recommended Gordon. Gordon is not looking for a quick and easy paycheck (he could have easily sold us 10 houses before we settled on this one), but genuinely has our best interest in mind. He always made sure that we were protected in anything we signed. Qualities that make Gordon and his team very pleasant to work with is the approachable personality, the feeling of family, honesty, and patience. Being first time home buyers, having these qualities is a MUST and Gordon treated us as family while he was welcoming his second child and serving multiple clients and projects. We never felt neglected or ignored. Buying new construction in the city is not an easy task, but Gordon's years of experience helped us tremendously, while also steering us away from properties/projects that would cause headaches down the road. Ultimately, we were able to customize our new home, all for lower than our original budget. Gordon is always available at anytime of the day or night, bends over backwards, and explains everything so well. Moreover, Gordon and his team of lenders that he works with is extremely knowledgeable with the Physician/Pharmacist loan. I will hands down be recommending Gordon and his team to anyone looking to buy a home, and I know I will be definitely using them to sell in the future.
