Gordon is awesome, he was very attentive to me during our purchasing process. My son also used the services of Gordon and both of us are extremely satisfied. We are in a little different situation where we are relocating from NJ to TN as two of our sons live and work in Lebanon. My wife and I decided to move from MA to TN and Gordon was the agent we fell on. He ended up being GREAT! Solid points of view on homes and neighborhoods (only offered opinions when asked). We flew out to look for homes with our 2 little kids. He made sure that kids were entertained while the wife and I looked around through the homes. It was exhausting but if not for Gordon it would have been a mess and a half. After the purchase, things were smooth. He negotiated the home sale contingency which we needed. Gordon Perry is who our agent was when we purchased our beautiful home. We found him on Zillow and just called to see if we can look at a home we noticed that was for sale (Not the home we actually purchased). Without hesitation he asked when would be the best time to for us. I replied with "now if possible"... without hesitation he immediately dropped whatever he was doing and met us out there --(WOW) I wasn't expecting that! We ended up purchasing a home a few month later (we are picky) after seeing over 50 homes. Gordon was so wonderful, I cannot imagine using someone else. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable!
