I approached Goran after watching a you tube video of him comping a property . Most agents don't have the basic comping skills When I spoke to him , I was pleasantly surprised to learn that , he also has a ton of construction knowledge , which was very important for me as I was targeting to find a property that needs lot of work . Try finding some one with good knowledge of comps , has construction knowledge , ability to estimate repairs, responds promptly and is completely fair . I bet it would be , very tough . Though this was only one property that I bought through him , I had in depth discussions about various topics and I can say without any doubt that he is knowledgeable and extremely fair in the way he conducts business . If I enjoy the rehab process and continue investing , I am sure I would do many deals with Goran
