I worked with Chris and his wife, Melinda, to sell my previous home and to close on the one I just purchased. They made the process as quick and seamless as possible. They did so much work behind the scenes when it came to scheduling inspections, ordering plumbing/electrical estimates, negotiating with the other realtors, buyers, & sellers involved, etc. Communication was clear and frequent, they also communicated very well with the other parties involved to answer every question I came up with them, all 1 million of them. I cannot say enough good things about this couple, they were very friendly and very easy to work with. I will absolutely call them in the future should I have other real estate needs to arise!
Chris is a great guy. He worked around the clock for me and my wife. Whenever we needed something — whether it's multiple showings in a single day, help submitting paperwork, or collaborating with our (often frustrating) loan provider — Chris always delivered with enthusiasm. He even personally helped with building the fence on our back deck, installing new washer/dryer hookups, and driving two towns over to pick up a lawnmower for us (which he brought back to our new home).
