We were making a purchasing decision based upon virtual information including real time video tours with her. We had many discussions about what we wanted and why and what we were willing to pay both in terms of purchase price and HOA payments. We had done some narrowing of areas in an earlier in person visit. However the market was still hot and we had sold our home in 3 days so we needed to make a decision quickly. Gub made all the right moves both in the initial offer and subsequent negotiations before and after the home inspection. The Sellers Agent did everything she could to disguise the real condition of the property. Gub was relentless in fighting through that barrier herself or going to her management when additional pressure needed to be applied.
