Gloria executed a challenging sale of my house on Hawaii Island, in a tight economy to a difficult buyer. She provided expertise, superior communication skills, and calmed my anxieties. Guiding my house and yard preparations, and having a good heart were icing and candles on my cake, as she guided the timely and financially satisfactory sale. This expert realtor kept me in constant communication with all aspects of the documents, timetable, even house and yard presentation for viewing. She was skilled in negotiating on my behalf with the buyer, who wanted everything and more. She put me at ease with her calming counsel. Indeed, I feel she has become my friend.
