While looking at homes to purchase, I was impressed by Gloria's experience and contacts regarding most all aspects of RE transactions and market conditions. In the cases (rare) where the home had issues not familiar to Gloria, she quickly researched the issue(s) and consulted with other RE professionals to get me enough information on the subject so that I could make an informed decision. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at the number of different building tradespersons Gloria knew, and we ended up taking advice from and using those tradespersons to quickly finish needed repairs.
