I had found myself in a tight spot regarding my parents’ property after my dad passed and Gloria was extremely helpful and fought for me every step of the way. She was helpful in pulling recourses for me to help clear out and fix up the rough edges of the property to really bring out the best version of it. She was a trustworthy advisor and negotiator who always made me feel heard and secure when weighing options and evaluating buyers. Most of all she cared. She listened to me and made decisions in MY best interest as the seller, and I can’t thank her enough for that. In a world where there are so many flippers and developers just looking for a deal, she found the perfect family to take it over as I wanted it to go to a new family right away to make some new memories.
