We all know what a struggle it is to buy or sell a home. I have bought and sold several homes. All my other experiences have been enough to pull your hair out. We had a unique situation of packing up and selling a home for a sick friend. I don't live in North Carolina, so I had no one to give me a trusted recommendation. We spoke with a realtor that we picked because he was a big seller in the area but after meeting with him, we realized that he was just an assembly line kind of guy. We needed a handyman, and he recommended two that didn't work out at all. He seemed in a hurry to just say a price without explaining how to maximize our sale. So, we were still stuck at square one. Then I spoke with a neighbor who gladly gave us her handyman. Then, blessings of all blessings we find out that the neighbor is a realtor. That's Gloria! She helped us navigate the whole process from paperwork to preparation suggestions to even handling on going work after we had packed up the house and left for home. She got us a fantastic price very quickly. I honestly don't think we would have been able to get it done without her. She even helped us with our yard sale! This lady is so nice and knowledgeable I can't recommend her enough. Just a great experience all the way around.
