I am currently a graduate nursing student. After accepting a hospital position to start ~3 months after graduation, I contacted Gloria to discuss the sale of my home. I was reassured that I could readily get into another home after the sale of the my current home based on this job offer. My home was sold in a matter of weeks. Gloria recommended a second realtor to help me purchase a new home. I was again reassured I was in a strong position to buy. I was pre-approved for a mortgage loan. A couple of months later I am ready to put an offer on a home only to be denied financing due to the contingent nature of my job offer (all nursing jobs are contingent). I have since discovered I cannot purchase a new home until I start my job. I also cannot rent because I am not currently employed. I will graduate from nursing school to be homeless for ~3 months. I have no friends or family within 3000 miles. I may lose the bulk of my personal possessions. When I contacted her for help she promised to call, then texted me that I should google "contract of deed"- additional terrible advice. I feel the sale of my home was rushed so she could get her commission as quickly as possible- with no regard to the consequences for me. Beware.
