Glenn Perry

Glenn and Tammie Perry have been my mortgage broker and real estate agent for almost 20 years. Over that time his rates have consistently beaten the banks, but beyond that, Glenn understands how to structure loans to your best advantage. Because he does not work for a larger institution, he has been able to get creative for me and make deals happen that would not be possible otherwise. Over the years, he has educated me on the financial markets and his theories on the money markets are usually spot on. He has helped me manage and lease my rental properties and even helped me with the overwhelming paperwork involved in being a landlord. Most recently, I wanted to purchase a house before it hit the market. Glenn met with the homeowner multiple times over a three month period, eventually negotiating a mutually beneficial deal. He even discounted his real estate fees in order for the deal to go through. I can't imagine any other agent putting the time and effort into helping us get our dream house, but on top of it, his fee structure was very fair for all of the work that he did for us, considering that there was a good chance that the deal would fall through. I can't recommend Glenn highly enough as both a mortgage broker, ethical and trustworthy real estate agent and friendly advisor.
