We were purchasing a 2nd home and primarily live in the Northeast part of the country, so we knew it was critical to have someone we were comfortable with locally. Immediately after our first conversation, we know that Glenn had a firm understanding of the market, the financial aspects of the deal and the price points that the property needed to be at in order to make sense. We were patient and when the property started to move to the right price point, Glenn recognized it and made us aware so that we could make an offer. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire home buying, home inspection process and even recommended contractors who could perform the work after we took ownership.
