I was referred to Glenn by someone who had used his services before. My situation was not an easy sell for for the realtor. My property had been abused by the prior renter so it needed a lot of work before it could be put on the market and I was a long distance owner. Glenn knows what he’s is doing, which includes a network of contractors to meet your flooring, painting, kitchen and bathroom remodeling needs. Most importantly under this potentially stressful situation he is just a phone call away. He always answers the phone, no matter what time or day. He orchestrated everything which was very important to me since I was a long distance owner, and kept me updated. He went way and beyond normal expectations of a realtor, even going to multiple suppliers to get the best deal on materials. His goal and mine were aligned; to get my property up for sale so it looked pristine in the least amount of time for the least amount of money and to sell it quickly at my sales price. I am very happy that he was able to achieve all that. Al so I made a great new friend. Use him you won’t be sorry.
