Great Experience! Glenda was always available and very helpful. She made the transaction seamless. She keep us in the loop and was very good to work with. This was a rental property and she also was very good working with the tenants.

Every night she would schedule me to see 3 houses after I finished work, and we would look at all of them. Anytime I had a question, she would answer it or find someone who could. She was very honest about the properties I viewed. She always gave attention to the details. She was very sweet and a joy to work with! I would most certainly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. She is an excellent asset to her employer!

She helped us buy our current home in the very turbulent market that presented itself in 2021, and she helped us maximize the value we got for selling our previous home afterwards. As our Buyers' Agent, she took our list of requirements and helped us find the right potential homes. She was VERY responsive and ready to go show us houses at our convenience, not hers. In a turbulent market, we needed that quick response so we could act quickly. In a market where most listing are generating multiple offers, her relationship with the Listing Agent helped us avoid a bidding war for the home we purchased. As our Listing Agent, she was helpful through the whole process from helping us identify improvements we could make to increase our value, to helping us sort out the multiple offers we received.

Glenda went out of her way to help with anything we needed her to help us with. She helped us buy our home over a year ago then she listed and sold it for us. We would definitely use her again in the future.
