In a turbulent market, we needed that quick response so we could act quickly. In a market where most listing are generating multiple offers, her relationship with the Listing Agent helped us avoid a bidding war for the home we purchased. As our Listing Agent, she was helpful through the whole process from helping us identify improvements we could make to increase our value, to helping us sort out the multiple offers we received.
