Glenda has sold and helped me purchase two homes. Both homes sold fast (the second one in 1 day). Glenda does an excellent job at staging which really helped and goes beyond normal expectations. For example, she placed flowers, candy and added other touches for showings. She is also an appraiser which I believe helped her find exactly what I was looking for. I was dependent on her to negotiate for me and she was excellent, especially in the second home purchase which was very complicated.
