Glenda always made herself available to us while navigate the home buying process and was of course not only professional, but also so personable and easy to be on the same page as, given her practicality and reputability. Things went a little different for us than a typical home sale, as we ended up buying a new construction home. She guided us to several other excellent professionals, including a home inspector, mechanical contractor, remodel contractor, photographer, and stager; all were top notch. She provided excellent insight as we worked together to determine the appropriate listing price, and we were extremely pleased with both the timeline in which we went under contract and the final sale price. We were especially pleased with the sale price considering the buyers market at the time of the sale. She worked tirelessly to make it all happen and always made herself available when we needed her. Besides her professionalism, we truly enjoyed Glenda’s personality and know her to be a genuinely good and honest person. She has a calming presence and helped talk us off the ledge when things got overwhelming.
