Glen, and his wife Liz were amazing to work with. We were selling our home in Concord and moving out of state. We moved ahead of the sale which meant we would not be around in person for the selling process. We met with Glen in person twice before we moved and then literally turned the keys over to Glen and Liz to get the house sale ready and handle the sale. These folks treated us like family from the beginning. We received regular almost daily updates on the progress of the sale. Prior to listing, they made sure the house was completely empty, cleaned top to bottom, inside and out, and problems were addressed and the right contractors hired so that the house was marketed on time. The process was swift and seamless for us. Glen did an amazing job on the sale and was able to get us well over our original asking price. Closing came while my wife and I were on vacation and Liz was able to arrange for the closing paperwork to be emailed to us along with an overnight label and we were able to get it notarized at our hotel and overnighted back to keep the closing on schedule.
