I cannot recommend Glen strongly enough! He was amazing in selling our very custom and unique home in Mount Helix in a difficult market Feb 2023. He was extremely attentive to our needs and requests. Working with Glen was a HUGE privilege as he and his team provided concierge level service at no cost increase to competitors. I had moved out of state and wanted to sell my San Diego home remotely. Glen's team took care of EVERYTHING, from prepping the home (scheduling landscapers, repairs, etc) to staging and pictures to finalize the transaction - I hardly had to lift a finger. I do not typically write reviews but I am more than happy to post one for Glen Henderson. I interviewed three other realtors prior to choosing Glen and could not have made a better choice. I hired Glen in the first week of January and made plans to list my house at the end of March. Glen was very helpful as I was getting the house ready to sell, advised me on making repairs, and recommending a roofer. Then the pandemic and resulting stay at home orders began in San Diego, and I had to decide whether to continue with the plan or postpone selling my house. With Glen’s advice and input we decided to go ahead and list the house as scheduled. In the midst of all that craziness my house sold in 20 days and we had a back up offer in place. Glen is extremely professional, knowledgable, great at communication, and a really nice guy on top of that. His assistant, Frank, is awesome too. I really don’t think you can go wrong working with Glen.
