GLEN HAMILTON

My family was looking to relocate from the Seattle Area to Florida due to many reasons (politics and cost of living were a huge factor). My options were to move to the Jacksonville area, and when we decided on an area in Northwestern Florida, we found a house on Zillow that we both agreed upon, and through Zillow contacted Glen, the realtor showing the property. His communication is impeccable, and he really listened to our wants and needs. Florida can be tricky due to the vast number of HOA's and CCD's that are not listed with most ads, and Glen was able to navigate these things for us. Transparency is important. I was actually deployed overseas when I made contact with Glen. I explained my situation to him and he was extremely helpful with getting information that I was asking in a timely manner. Interestingly, the house we originally wanted had some serious repair needs, and after consulting family, we decided that the original house we wanted was the juice not worth the squeeze, thinking there would be more issues down the road. Had it not have been for Glen's recommendation on home inspectors, we may have ended up with a house that would have needed some serious repairs. After this house went "south," but very comfortable and confident with Glen, we asked that he continue working for us for the perfect house. Through this process, our needs changed and we decided to go from a 2 car garage to a three car garage, which was more of a challenge than one might think, Glen expertly maneuvered our wants and needs list and found us the perfect house. Making matters worse for us, and being a military family, and Coronavirus and all else impacting everything, Glen's communication has been excellent. This is the second home I had purchased, and I have to tell you, between Glen and my previous realtor, I wish my first one was as proactive and caring as Glen has been. He listens to what we want and delivered. We would not have found this house without him!

Glen was a pleasure to work with. I have purchased many homes (with and without a Realtor) in the past and Glen helped out on many “unforeseen” obstacles and was always on the same page and usually one step ahead of me during the entire process. He’s not only a great realtor but a very good person to boot. I highly recommended Glen for any, or all, of your realtor/home needs!

My wife and I can't say enough good things about this gentleman. In our opinions, he went well over and above what he had to do for us. We did all our home searches and the final purchase online and through cell phones, because we are located in NJ.......and Glen did EVERYTHING he could so we knew what we were looking at. He took pictures for us, was there for inspections....if we sent a home to him to check out.........he did it without question. Also he is HONEST! My wife and I put our complete trust in him, and he delivered. We were't a big dollar sale, but he sure did make us feel like we were. This is our Florida retirement home.......and he made sure we got the best for the money we had. We would recommend Glen to anyone without hesitation. We would never had been able to do what we did without a man like Glen. You can be assured, if you go with this gentleman, you will get the very best he can offer no matter what amount of money you have to spend!

Glen worked magic on finding my new home and selling my old home. We were looking for water front property and Glen kept bringing me homes until he figured out what I wanted. I kept saying no no no and he was persistent and he finally found the perfect property for my needs. I recommend Glen for your needs in helping you find the perfect home for you. Also When Glen posted my existing property for sale he found buyers quickly. The home sold much quicker than I anticipated and I was pleased with the price that was obtained for the old home. 5 Stars for Glen as the buyers agent and the sellers agent!

If I had to describe Glen Hamilton in one word it will be EXCEPTIONAL. We were bless to have Glen helping our family in the process of selling our home and buying our dream home. It took almost a year to build the new home and Glen took on the task to time everything in a way that we could sale our home and close on the new home at the same time, something that took a lot of planning not counting on all the stumbles and struggles that we faced. This professional gentleman every time exceeded our expectation, and remained on our side through the whole process. We will always be thankful for all the effort and assistance that we received from Glen, he will do what ever it takes to become your realtor for life.
