We were very pleased with our agent Gleidson Alencar. He worked extremely hard and in a timely manner. He established proper rapport with us, priced our house right, did an excellent job with online marketing, scheduled two close together open houses, personally took some great drone photos of our property and in general exhibited very high energy...yet at the same time he seemed to have unlimited patience with us and our at time frustrations. He dealt quickly with little issues that came up like going to the store, getting a net and cleaning the leaves out of our pond himself... or caulking around a window that the maintenance person missed. He exceeded our expectations!
