Glaucia was very motivated to help us find a home. She did her best to show all houses we were interested in. The one area we wish she was more proficient in was her ability to explain the details of paperwork and the processes of the home buying process. Although we were very motivated buyers and knew what we wanted, we were very naive in the procedure of buying a home. I had to do a lot of research and answer my own questions around certain documents. We also felt that once the process was over Glaucia made no attempt to maintain the relationship. I only mention this as we are interested in buying investment property in the near future.
