She was very responsive and helpful in the negotiation process, and provided referrals to a lawyer and title agency, who all turned out to be great. When I called Gladys and explained that my mother was ready to sell her condo she stated that "she already had a buyer lined up". This was a Saturday and she showed the unit on Sunday. We had a completed contract in both the buyers and our hands by end of the day Tuesday. The buyer was 5k less than what she thought we could sell for and I was more than happy to accept the offer. Closing took couple extra weeks due to the association mismanagement but she stayed on top of things on got the final closing done. She was a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable on the market.
