About Gladys

I have lived in Key Largo for 45 years and have been involved in real estate for most of that time, having been licensed since 1982. Born in Venezuela, I am of British and Cuban descent and speak Spanish fluently, which is invaluable when serving our diverse clientele in South Florida. Initially, I worked in real estate part-time, but later balanced it with a full-time job for many years. I was fortunate to be hired as Vice President of the Key Largo Chamber of Commerce and Marketing Director of its visitor center, a position I held for 13 years. This role required me to develop extensive knowledge of the Keys and promote its businesses, making me very knowledgeable about the area and its offerings. I raised my daughter and twin boys in Key Largo; two of them are also realtors. Since retiring from the Chamber, I have been working in real estate full-time. I have successfully sold, rented, and helped clients purchase properties throughout the Florida Keys, as well as in Miami and Homestead.
