I was newer to the area and didn't know the good and bad areas of the city. Gladys did research and really listened to what I wanted in a home and neighborhood. Very quickly, she helped me nail down specific homes and she even went to bat for me in negotiating a lower price with amenities! Super responsive, very connected, and a great person on top of all that. I highly recommend Gladys as a RE Agent. I will use her again when I make another purchase and I can only imagine the value she brings if I were to sell my home and use her as the listing agent. Simply put...she is a pro!
