I want to take this time to express how great my real estate agent has been. Gladys Alvarado has worked really good and put all her effort into things 100% of the time. She is someone really flexible and enjoyable to have as a agent. I never imagined finding a home could be so quick. In the first time we met which was 2 days after our home buyer workshop she was able to find and get us a home. She talked thru and convinced the listing agent to accept our offer. Everything happened so quick. She explains everything clearly and makes sure you understand what is going on. She works with your schedule to when you want to see homes. I never came across and agent so friendly and understanding. Gladys keeps in contact with you constantly to make sure everything is okay and maintains you aware at what is next. She will make sure you are getting a good deal on your home purchase. Me and my husband loved that she was bilingual in Spanish as well. She is just a pleasure to work with. I can go on and on writing about how we have enjoyed having her as our agent. I think we were fortunate to have Gladys Alvarado assigned as our agent to help us look for our home we had wished for.
