GJ was an absolutely amazing Realtor who went above and beyond to find us our dream home! We bought a home while living overseas, site unseen during the frenzied seller's market in March 2021. Homes were literally flying off the market to cash offers the second they appeared. We gave GJ a list of must haves and nice to haves and he took off. He visited homes, made custom videos of the spaces, and patiently walked us through each step. He even helped us to back out of an accepted offer when the home failed multiple inspections. We made multiple offers, losing out to all cash offers and GJ had to get creative. He fought for us to be in the best position possible on a home we loved and secured us our dream home with absolutely everything we asked for (all the must and nice to haves!) It was a grueling and difficult time to buy and in my wildest dreams I never imagined we could get it all. We could not have accomplished this without GJs hard work and effort.
