My first impression of Guilia prior to signing any contract – A warm, caring individual who displayed confidence within herself and her job experience. I felt comfortable taking her on as my agent. She gave good advice on what to do/not do within the house prior to it’s listing. If you require it, she provides recommendations for anything you need help with. In my case, it was legal representation. She knows the market very well and did a great job helping with the listing price and potential price adjustments. Within a few days she was having weekly open houses. There was excellent communication throughout the whole process of the property sale. Within three weeks a buyer was on board. I was pleasantly surprised with this, as my expectations were to sell the home relatively quickly. I would highly recommend Giulia as an agent and would absolutely look to her again with property sales.
