Why would you use another agent in Orlando? Gitty’s knowledge of the market is UNBELIEVABLE!! In many cases, she knows about homes before they come on the market. This is HUGE!! She is ALWAYS smiley and upbeat, and fearless. There is not a shy “bone” in her body -/ which is a characteristic you want in a broker! Beyond that, Gitty has a lot of compassion. Buying a new home is so emotional — sometimes it feels like a rollercoaster ride (the seller accepted your offer... no, he didn’t) Gitty was ALWAYS AVAILABLE to me to talk or text... and always with a kind, supportive word. When we were outbid on a particular house, she talked me through my disappointment. And asked me, “is this really your dream house?” I admitted that I loved that house, but my true dream house was a mile away but already pending. Gitty IMMEDIATELY contacted the selling agent to say she had a client ready to buy if the pending offer fell through. Through a miracle, it did!!! Then, Gitty gave up a PLANNED family trip to show my sister and me the house via video. There is nothing she wouldn’t do for us... we would use her again in a blink (although we don’t plan on buying or selling anytime soon-/ let’s move into this house first, LOL) in the meantime, I found a new friend in Gitty!!
