We are from out of state and hence were looking for an efficient purchase of a property in Florida. We were interest in a number of properties. She arranged 20 showings over the weekend and guided us through the neighborhoods that met our requirements. Giselle provided us with comps and analysis of a few short listed properties which was very helpful in our decision process.
