Working with Giselle was a very stress free experience. Giselle knew how to take care of selling property from a probate estate. She was very responsive to all of our concerns and questions. Since a probate sale is not common, if she didn’t know the answer (which was very seldom), she found it quickly. We were very pleased working with her. The property needed a lot of attention to prepare it for sale. Giselle was very helpful in pointing out the necessary things to care for and providing contacts that could help us. We found that she was honest in all that she said and did, both to us and to the buyer. She represented the property in such a way that resulted in the property selling for more than what it was listed for. She accommodated the unusual needs we had in showing the property to clients. We would like to share the experiences we had while Giselle Lampe from Coldwell Banker who represented us while selling our home in Napa. Her calming voice was backed by years of experience and knowledge. She, also, had many contacts which helped the preparations go smoothly until the day our house went on the market. We were so proud of how the house looked as it shined and put on it’s most beautiful face on that day. The only comment I would make about Giselle being nominated as County of Napa Realtor of the year is that it shouldn’t be for the County. It should at least be the best realtor for the state or country. Our experience was the best in the many many years we’ve dealt in real estate. Go Giselle!
