I heard so many post from several Real Estate Agents in different social networks, but Gisela caught me, she was so spontaneous, fresh, she explained in few minutes each parts of the process, it was really easy to understand and made me think it might be possible. So I decided to share that posts with my wife. We were delighted and decided to take the next step. We contacted her assistant and booked our first appointment, due to the Pandemic, it was a virtual appointment. Thanks to her posts, we had had organized all our requirements and information exactly as she recommended, that help us to accelerate the process to go to the next step, a pre-qualification with her Lender to provide our entire financial situation and allow them to give us a pre-qualification, it was not necessary to run our credit score, he just gave us the information and the opportunity to be more prepared, in a few weeks we decided to move on to received a pre-approval letter. Took only 3 months to complete the process with the Bank, inspect some properties, and choose our dream house, the process ran so smoothly, my wife organized each document and worked closely with her team. I have to admit that the process with the mortgage underwriter wasn't easy, but Gisela and her Lender were more than ready to guided us through each application. We bought our first house 10 days before Christmas Eve, it was the best Holiday season we have had in our life.
