At the peak of one of the hottest, fastest, expensive, and most stressful housing market for buyers, Girish took all the heat and made it look very easy for us. As a first-timer buyer I felt very comfortable working with Girish. Few things to note:* He was clear about the fact that he wants to make sure I am happy with the property I bid for and eventually get, and he is not looking for monetary gains which kind of: -- Gave me confidence that he won’t push me in making rash decision for a property, and -- He won’t left me hanging knowing my budget and the market situation.* He guided me throughout the process of home purchase with the mindset of actually caring.* He was reachable throughout the day even on weekend, which I might have over used sometimes :). Readily available to answer any silly question you might get either out of curiosity or anxiety.Post purchase,* He made sure I was happy with the house and would often check on things.* Answer my call regarding any small issues I used to run into at the property. This I felt was more from caring POV.He won’t mind going an extra mile to help the client if it would mean avoiding an un-neccessary obstacles. During my escrow process, We ran into an obstacle where my property’s HOA office was requesting a physical check to be submitted to release some document needed for my mortgage. Girish rushed to the HOA office before the end of the day and submitted the check in person to expedite the process which otherwise would have taken 4-5 days to get it delivered by mail or would have required me to drive all the way from South Bay to East Bay during office hrs.He also helped me get in touch with my mortgage officer, with whom I had a positive experience throughout the escrow process.I would recommend Girish if you are looking for an agent who would actually care for you and your future home search.
Girish is the goto Real Estate agent without a doubt. He helped us both in buying and selling a home. He is very knowledgeable in the work he does. If he does not know anything he makes sure to research and get back to us. He is very professional and very honest. He does give us all the reports of his research before hand so it makes it easier on us to decide. Girish does not work with the goal of making money, his clients best interest is his goal. We could not belive when he suggested us to make an offer 100k lower than asking price while we were thinking of going above the asking price. We were very doubtful if his strategy of lower offer will work, but it did. The main reason was he had done his research he was confident it will work. The other thing about Girish is he is very respectful of other peoples time and makes sure to be there on time. Also Girish did not push us into making any decisions in buying, he wanted us to be comfortable with our choice and make sure it fits our needs. Throughout the process of buying/selling Girish was very patient to answer all our questions.
