The͏ best of Bakersfield Giovanni and his team (Rigo and specially James) went above and beyond and helped us with the purchase of our forever home. We previously had a realtor which we worked with for a little over 2 months- did not like the experience and reached out to Rigo, which we found over the internet, (we were living in FL and had never visited Bakersfield before so we had no idea what we were doing), luckily, Rigo referred us to Giovanni and long story short: he was quick, aggressive in the mortgage industry which was the main 1 thing why we moved forward with him and changed the previous realtor, we told him we had an exact ONE month to find a house, do the closing and everything that involves buying a house in between and he delivered! From showing us too many houses (with James help), giving us feedback since the entire process was done through video calls and of course we needed to trust James and him entirely since we didn’t know the areas and were not able to see the conditions of the homes physically to recommending us every single person you can imagine: cleaning, landscape, contractor, painter, everyone! We love our house, we are glad we found Gio and will DEFINITELY recommend him to everyone!!! Ps. We loved he speaks Spanish and was able to explain everything better within real state terms we sometimes didn’t understood.

Giovanni was very professional and extremely helpful with the selling of my home! He went beyond expectations for getting my house on the market and sold in a timely manner, even helping with circumstances that arose last second during the escrow. On top of the easy process he took me through with selling my home he was also able to get me an outstanding offer!
